Public comments may be made:
- In person: Members of the public desiring to speak on a matter appearing on the agenda should ask the Mayor for the opportunity to be heard when the item comes up for Council consideration (or complete a speaker card prior to the meeting). Comments for all agenda items are limited to a speaking time of three minutes unless modified by the Mayor.
- In writing: Go to http://bishop-ca.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=8 to submit an "eComment" for the corresponding meeting. Please note that eComment submissions closes at 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You may also hand deliver public comments to the City drop/payment box located at the Church Street entrance to City Hall on or before the deadline noted above. Written public comments received after the deadline will be provided to the Council at the earliest possibility. Please note written public comments received will not be read aloud at the meeting.

Council will hold a public hearing and consider approving the first reading and introduction of a proposed ordinance adding a new Chapter 17.14 - Density Bonus to the City of Bishop Municipal Code.

Council consideration to approve the Salary Schedules for 2025/2026 fiscal year.
K. IT Services Agreement Extension Letter for July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026
Council consideration to accept the Letter of Extension provided by Carmichael Business Technologies (CBT) to extend their IT services agreement with the City of Bishop for an additional one (1) year period from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
L. Tree Trimming and Removal Services Agreement between the City of Bishop and West Coast Arborists Inc.
Approve the execution of the contract with West Coast Arborists Inc. based on the RFP and West Coast Arborists Inc. proposal.
M. Agreement for Pest Control Services between the City of Bishop and Dewey Pest Control
Council to approve and execute the Professional Services Agreement for Pest Control Services between the City of Bishop and Dewey Pest Control based on the RFP proposal.
